Anyone who opts for district heating when converting their heating system will benefit twice and sustainably! District heating automatically fulfills the requirements of the Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG). Since January 1, 2009, this has stipulated for newly built buildings that renewable energies must be used to cover the heat demand. As a substitute, however, this requirement is deemed to have been met by connecting to an existing district heating network. The intelligent fuel mix makes district heating customers independent of fluctuations in raw material prices, impresses with low maintenance costs and offers the highest level of security of supply. In addition, it is clean, space-saving and extremely convenient. In order to make the decision for this future-oriented energy even easier for you, Stadtwerke Frankfurt (Oder) grants a subsidy for the conversion of the heating and hot water preparation to district heating supply. The changeover pays off for you from day one and you save money.
