BASIC SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY
On July 13, 2005, the new Energy Industry Act (EnWG) came into force as Art. 1 of the Second Law on the New Regulation of Energy Industry Law. According to Section 118 Paragraph 3 EnWG, Stadtwerke Frankfurt (Oder)
is a basic supplier within the meaning of Section 36 Pargraph 2 EnWG for the supply of electricity in the Frankfurt (Oder) network area.

ELECTRICITY LABELING
The Energy Industry Act obliges energy suppliers to label their electricity from December 15, 2005. You can see the composition of the electricity you get from Stadtwerke Frankfurt (Oder) here. This information is also part of your consumption bill.
